Thank you to all competitors who turned up for a run in the sunshine. On the Wednesday night event we discovered that a huge fence had just appeared by the mining museum. Fortunately I managed to relocate the control (and the map overprinting) and competitors were able to get around the difficulties. Apologies to competitors who lost a few minutes looking for the control on the 'wrong' post. The master map showing all the controls and the individual course maps had agreed to differ. I moved the control as soon as possible and gave a few of the early competitors (marked with asterisks) a time allowance as some sort of compensation. Many thanks to all helpers.
