Planners' Comments
Thank you to all the competitors for coming to the event, and for your positive and constructive comments. We hope you enjoyed the new area, though most seem to have overcome whatever navigational challenges we set without too much difficulty. Apologies for the control on the 'wrong' side of the stile (107), one or two doglegs and the lack of length for those wanting more.
Thank you to Controller Chris Wright (CLOK) for his patient and careful help. Our adherence to BOF guidelines and the quality of shorter courses owes a lot to his comments. The crucial job of checking the controls in Saturday's wind and rain was done after being unwell during the previous week; thanks Chris.
Thank you to Dave Caudwell (NN) for the map. We didn't hear any comments so competitors must have found this as accurate as we invariably did.

Organisers' Comments
Thank you to the club web wizards who publicised our event and for those who took our fliers to events when we couldn't. Thank you to the pre-entries team and to the NATO key teams who made every aspect of the event run so well on the day. Car parking and control collecting were particular strengths and the event was wrapped up by 4pm. We also gratefully acknowledge post-event technical assistance from Alastair Mackenzie.
Thank you to Ted and Martin from the Red Cross, who fortunately had an incident-free day. Thank you to Nixons for delivering the portaloos bang on schedule. Thank you to all the producers of tasty treats for the Cake Stall... and to the sales team. NATO Juniors were delighted to hear over £80 had been raised with some people letting us keep the change! The tent with download and the Cake Stall gave the event a nice focal point and the venue couldn't have been nicer nor the weather kinder.
