Planner's Comments
Many thanks to Fred for the map and to everyone who braved the rain; first wet event for a long time! Hope those people who did not hang around were not too wet to appreciate the area.
The nature of the riverside park does mean an “out and back” type of course for the shorter ones. However, as mentioned by several people, there is a surprising variation of terrain around Prudhoe which did pose some challenges on the longer courses
A couple more events planned to use this variation! Event 3 (1st April) at the other end of the Riverside Park plus Castle Hill and Cockshot Dene. Event 4 (6th May) at Waterworld.
