From the Organiser - Patrick Smyth
As is usual for the organiser a long list of thank you's. Most important to the competitors some of whom travelled a considerable way - they probably arrived home after me! To all the Club members who rallied around to help and create a hassle free weekend. It enabled me to get a run in both days. This mean,t I could appreciate Adrian's planning; share the bafflement I saw on some faces at the start on Day 1 ("Where on earth do I go first?") and the experience of such a well mapped stretch of sand dunes.
I hope we proved that Northumberland is a good place to orienteer and you will come back for BOC in May next year.
