Organiser's Comment

Thank you to everyone who turned out for the event, to the many helpers on the day and to Boris Spence for allowing us use of the Army Reserve Centre which made an excellent base for the event.

I am aware there were a few issues with map/control description print quality for which I apologise. However, I hope this did not spoil anyone's run. Also we ran a bit low on maps for course 4 and had to print some extra on ordinary paper. Again, I hope this did not cause too much of a problem for anyone. Apologies that there were not more signs directing you to the event and for an incorrect grid reference for the assembly point on the flyer"

Overall the event seemed to go well based on the feedback I heard and hopefully provided a good beginning for the NE Orienteering Leagues.
